Returns Policy 

I hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you need to return any items please find my return policy below. 

 

Returns

I offer a 30 day returns policy. Beyond this period, a refund or exchange on prints cannot be offered. Returned prints must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that the buyer received them in. The buyer must also supply a receipt for the purchase. Returns can be arranged by emailing info@elliottpackham.com

 

Shipping Costs 

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   

Faulty or Damaged Prints

If your print arrives in a damaged condition, contact info@elliottpackham.com with your receipt and photographs of the damage. 

 

Upon satisfactory evidence being provided, the buyer will be asked to return the product via post, which the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for. It is advised that a  trackable shipping service is used, as I cannot accept responsibility for the non-delivery of returned items.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you that I have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, the buyer will then be offered the choice of an exchange or a refund.  

 

If the refund option is chosen, this transaction will be processed within seven days to the original method of payment. The only exceptions to this would be if a payment was made in cash or via cheque, in which case the refund will be processed via bank transfer.  

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
